NV Gravity Bike Park/ Dirt Time MTB  – Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

Membership provides the holder with access to the NV Gravity Bike Park and associated benefits in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the selected membership type. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the named individual.

2. Membership Benefits

Membership provides the holder with access to exclusive benefits, which may include, but are not limited to:

$20 Off Every Shuttle Day Pass

Members receive a $20 discount per shuttle day booking.

• A member-only discount code will be made available via the booking platform

• Your unique code (which will be send out after purchasing of  membership) must be entered at the time of booking for the discount to apply

• Discounts apply per member, per shuttle day, and are non-transferable

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated

Priority Access – Reserved Member Shuttle Spots

• The Park will allocate up to 10 reserved shuttle spots per operating day exclusively for members

• Reserved spots are subject to availability and operational capacity

• Member spots are released via the booking system and are not guaranteed

• Unused reserved spots may be released to the general public at the Park’s discretion

Supporting the Park

Membership fees directly support:

• Ongoing trail maintenance and repairs

• Construction of new trails and features

• Shuttle operations and vehicle upkeep

• Continued development of the Park as a high-quality gravity riding destination

Expanded Ride Days

The Park intends to increase operating days during the membership period, including the introduction of additional ride days beyond weekends.
Additional ride days are subject to staffing, weather, approvals, and operational requirements and are not guaranteed.

General Benefit Conditions

• All benefits apply only while membership is active

• Benefits are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value

• No refunds or compensation will be provided if benefits are modified, limited, or unavailable

• The Park reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw benefits where required for safety, weather, operational, or commercial reasons

• Discounts are non-transferable and may not be shared

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless stated

• Member-allocated shuttle spots are limited and not guaranteed

• All benefits are subject to operational capacity, weather, safety, and park conditions

• Benefits have no cash value and are not redeemable or refundable

The Park reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw membership benefits at any time without refund where required for operational, safety, or commercial reasons.

3. Membership Types

Membership options may include annual, monthly, or other membership types as offered by the Park. Inclusions vary by membership type and are confirmed at the time of purchase.

4. Eligibility

• Members must meet minimum age requirements

• Riders under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign all waivers and accept these Terms & Conditions

• The Park reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership at its discretion

5. Waiver and Assumption of Risk

Mountain biking is a high-risk activity.

By becoming a member, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You ride entirely at your own risk

• Trails contain natural and man-made hazards including jumps, drops, steep gradients, loose surfaces, weather exposure, vehicles, and wildlife

• Serious injury or death may occur

All members must complete and sign a liability waiver prior to riding.

6. Rider Responsibility

Members agree to:

• Ride only trails suitable to their skill level

• Obey all trail signage, grading systems, and park rules

• Ride in control and within their ability at all times

• Inspect trails and features before use

• Ride courteously and yield appropriately

Failure to comply may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

7. Safety Requirements

• Approved helmets must be worn at all times while riding

• Additional protective equipment is strongly recommended

• Bikes must be in safe working condition and suitable for trail use

• Riding under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited

8. Park Access and Operating Conditions

• The Park may close trails or suspend operations at any time due to weather, maintenance, events, or safety concerns

• No refunds or extensions apply for closures beyond the Park’s control

• Riding is permitted only during designated operating hours

9. Shuttles and Vehicle Access

• Shuttle services are subject to availability and separate booking conditions

• Shuttle schedules, vehicle availability, and capacity may change without notice

• Self-shuttle vehicles must comply with all park rules, speed limits, and directions

• Reckless or unsafe driving will result in immediate removal from the property

10. Membership Use and Misuse

• Memberships may not be shared, transferred, or resold

• Allowing another person to use your membership will result in immediate cancellation without refund

• Members must present proof of membership upon request

11. Conduct

Members must not:

• Damage trails, signage, or infrastructure

• Modify trails or build features without written approval

• Litter, disturb wildlife, or behave recklessly

• Engage in aggressive, unsafe, or abusive behaviour

The Park enforces a zero-tolerance policy for dangerous or disrespectful conduct.

12. Suspension and Termination

The Park may suspend or cancel membership without refund for:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions

• Unsafe riding or behaviour

• Failure to follow staff instructions

• Non-compliance with safety requirements

13. Refunds

• Membership fees are non-refundable

• No refunds for unused time, injury, illness, or personal circumstances

• Memberships are not transferable or extendable unless required by law

14. Media and Photography

The Park may capture photographs or video for promotional purposes.
By entering the Park, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify the Park in writing.

15. Personal Property

The Park accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, equipment, or vehicles.

16. Changes to Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
Current versions will be available on the Park website or at reception.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the Park operates.
